How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@redlightrejuve.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack the mask in its original packaging (or similar) and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs. You'll receive a prepaid label so you don't pay a thing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, no need to wait 60 days.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order.
