How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@redlightrejuve.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the mask in its original packaging (or similar) and drop it off at your nearest post office.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs. You'll receive a prepaid label so you don't pay a thing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your mask arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, no need to wait 60 days.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your current order for a refund and place a new order.
